Rob (a pervert)

Rob is a strange person who loves things like Dr. Who.  He also likes other things, but most people know him for loving Dr. Who.  This is mostly due to his T-shirts and Tumblr account, but also because he often screams, “I LOVE DR. WHO!” at random intersections.  We try to curb this activity, but it doesn’t always work.  Sorry, Massachusetts .
